Class Description: BUTI yoga is far from your average workout. BUTI incorporates the spiral structure technique used to activate our deep core muscles to transform your body from the inside out. Primal movement, cardio dance +conditioning are seamlessly woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give an ALL-IN-ONE workout that helps you transform your Body and Soul. Bring a yoga mat, water and be ready to Sweat with Intention.
